Jennifer Fountain has been a Partner with the firm since 2002. Jennifer's practice focuses on civil litigation. She has experience in handling numerous commercial litigation matters including, but not limited to, contract, employment, real estate and construction disputes. Jennifer has appeared in state and federal courts as well as the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court on behalf of her clients.
Jennifer is also an active member of the community. She has served on the Board of the Carolina Theatre and is past Chair of the Board of Directors for Reading Connections, as well as current Chair of the Board of Directors for Greensboro Transit Authority.
