Since Marc joined in 1983 the firm founded by his father, the core of his law practice has been assisting clients with real property transactions and land use regulation, involving both residential and commercial development.  His practice also includes most aspects of general corporate law, including negotiating transactions and agreements, and structuring mergers and acquisitions.  

Among his many civic interests, Marc serves as chair of the Greensboro Planning Board, but also finds time to pursue his passion for golf. See Full Bio >>
