Since joining Issacson Sheridan in 2014, Stephen has concentrated his practice primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate law and trademark and copyright matters.

Stephen’s experience in these areas goes beyond the cases he has worked for his clients. While earning his law degree from Wake Forest University, he interned at the North Carolina Business Court under Judge James L. Gale, and at the North Carolina Court of Appeals under Judge Robert C. Hunter.  Also at Wake Forest, he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.  With an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and Operations Management, Stephen’s thorough understanding of the “nuts and bolts” of how businesses run has served his clients well in matters ranging from contract disputes to entity formation.
